At RIA Channel Solutions, we make every effort to attract Advisors to our site, using social media, our RIA database, mail and email campaigns, networking, articles, print media.  We make no expressed or implied guarantee your Listing will receive clicks, hits or views by Investment Advisors. As a Directory, we make no guarantee A Channel.  As a Professional Directory, we make no guarantees regarding the quality, expertise, products, technology or services offered in Listings on the site. If you have any issues or concerns, we encourage you to contact us to find a workable solution.

For a full, no-questions-asked, refund within 24 hours of purchase date, kindly send an email to admin@riachanneljobs.com or our contact form.  When filing your email request, please include your order number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible. Also, let us know where things went wrong, or how we can improve in general so we can better serve valued customers just like you in the future.

Please note that we make every attempt possible to quickly process the refund. Our online payment gateway, Authorize.net, or your financial institution may take up to 20 days to post the refund to your bank, debit or credit card statement.
